I&#039;m ready to throw HP out the window.</description>

		<description>You guys are awesome!!!!  Your section on the registry services to delete was the missing piece in my troubleshooting - I had focussed on software keys only.  Followed these steps and deleted all traces of the HP app and then applied the reinstall as per normal and it worked first time, flawlessly.
