As yet no one from the helpline has been able to offer me a solution to help me install it. Have tried so many times I have lost count. PC World, where I bought it, have been thoroughly unhelpful throughout. Even uninstalling and connecting the thing via a USB has failed to get it to do anything other than print and now it is refusing to do even that. HP helpline have offered no explanation and cannot rectify the problem. So I seem to be stuck with it although it does not work as it should wirefree or on USB.
