Issue: When scanning pdfs, pictures or any document from solution center, the files are missing or they simply disappear.
Affected Operating Systems: XP, Vista and Windows 7
The Solution: This is a software issue when you are using HP solution center version 13 (The Black Solution Center). To fix this issue you need to install a patch from Hewlett-Packard which can be found here.
