Is Bluetooth Scanning Possible?

This seems to be a question that needs to be clarified. Just to be brief, the answer is NO. As of today, It is not YET possible to scan via bluetooth into your computer for the following list of scanner manufacturers.

AdLib Multimedia Mustek,Inc
A-Four Tech Co., Ltd. National Computer Systems
Agfa-Gevaert N.V Nikon Corporation
Alps Electric (USA), Inc Pacific Image Electronics
Brother International Corp Pentax Technologies Corporation
Canon Photomatrix, Inc.
Corex Technologies Corporation Plustek,Inc
Eastman Kodak Company PRIMAX International BV
Epson Ricoh Corporation
Fujitsu Europe Ltd Sharp Electronics Corporation
genius Sony Europe
Heidelberg CPS Americas Tamarack Technologies, Inc.
Hewlett-Packard Ultima International
IDEAL Scanners & Systems, Inc. UMAX Technologies, Inc.
Imacon ApS Visioneer
Info Peripherals Xerox
InoTec S. E. Asia Office Microtek
Konica Photo Imaging Logitech,Inc.

Why?
BLuetooth connection is usually a one way communication between two devices wherein one sends and the other one receives. Now for scanning this actually involve a more complex communication between two devices, therefore a more complex software/drivers and hardware for bluetooth devices.  In my opinion, It is also impractical to pursue this, as we all new, better technologies like wi-fi, 3G, etc is already available.
