Solution:
1. Visit this link to clear paper Jam on your Hp OfficeJet 5610.
2. If clearing the paper jam did not solve this issue, this printer need to be serviced… If it is still in warranty have it replaced… If it is out of warranty you may go to the nearest Authorized Hewlett-Packard service center or you may upgrade your printer to a latest model. I recommend upgrading as it cost almost the same as servicing the printer… to upgrade call HP technical support 1-800-474-6836.
I followed your tips and I got my printer replaced by HP and now it works perfect!
It’s a refurbished printer though but it works great!
