As of today, there is only one HP all-in-one printer that can scan a legal size ( 8.5 x 14 inches) document on the scanner glass and it is the HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-in-One Printer – A909g (Part#CB023A). All other HP all-in-ones does it through the Automatic document feeder (ADF).
