Please do not be so sure of yourselves, especially you Sergii. That did not work....lol .. i am with 8of7. NOTHING has worked. Mine were in an old windows directory on another partition. created while trialling x64 x86 bit win7 systems. I cannot rid myself of these files even when i try to do these procedures from safe mode. Someone out here must know a solution that encompasses above the simplistic we are continually given.
Cheers
and happy new year.

2. Select "Unlocker" item
3. Choose action: Delete
4. Press OK.

flash10b and flashutil10b.. This is for your flash player 10. Why would you wanna delete it anyway? You can just " replace it or repair it" by downloading and installing adobe flash player 10..

Anyway, if you still want to delete it try the following software alternatives it may work in your system, let me know which one worked!.

UNlocker is getting old. Its dated early 2008 June.

It doesn't work on 64bit OS nor in Windows7. We need another solution. I'm stuck with an undeletable folder with two files: flash10b and flashutil10b, both executables, I tried everything known so far: renaming, going in DOS, Process explorer, unlocker etc. Every single software known in google.

Tried to take ownership and when I click on delete, it says I need permission from my own account. In which I'm logged in
