Cannot Print From Quicken Using HP Printers

QuickenLogoIssue:Quicken and your Windows Vista 64 bit are in conflict! The print jobs stall and fails to print when you print from Quicken, which is an Intuit Program.

Solution:

I hate to say this but there is no solution Yet for this problem, however, a workaround is available, which somehow fix the probrem by installing an Hp Universal driver, which is the Deskjet 990c. The Instructions are located on Hp’s website – just click here. Please comment below what version of quicken are you using so we would know what versions causes problems, thank you.

    am using quicken home and business 07 and cannot print to HP C7100 all in 1 printer except by making PDF file and then printing, VERY FRUSTRATING

      What type of connection do you have?
      Just click on the red link above that says “Instructions are located on Hp’s website – just click here”

    2 ways to resolve issue

    1. bypass spooler and print direct to printer (printer properties/advanced tab)

    2. add a printer inprinter folder, the HP 990c using the same usb port but do not make default

    Either of these will have you printing from Quicken / Quick Books
